Nestled in the heart of Bibury, the Swan Hotel perfectly blends comfort and culinary innovation. The spacious room we stayed in was supremely comfy, featuring a beautiful en-suite, which I appreciated after long days of exploring the countryside. The real star, however, was the restaurant. Every meal felt like a unique experience. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful mix of cereals, pastries, and even cold smoked trout with scrambled eggs, a true highlight of my mornings. Dinner introduced us to the charm of seasonal menus; I still dream of the wild garlic gnocchi paired with roasted mushrooms. The ambiance was relaxed yet inviting-a perfect setting for enjoying a glass of wine. The attentive staff made sure our dietary preferences were accommodated seamlessly. I left with a sense of fulfillment, eager to return for more culinary discoveries amidst the beautiful Cotswolds.
